How to Find Out Collar Consumption by Yards.

Here I try to mentioned "Collar Consumption" formula. But it will be find out by Fabric Yards. If any one can find out Polo Shirt or other related item collar consumption must be followed as bellow formula.

Example: 

We seem that A.K Knit Wear Ltd have received a export order which item is polo shirt, which export quantity is 20,000 pcs. all consumption fined without collar consumption. Now let started to go find out ''Polo Shirt''  collar consumption.

Collar Consumption Per Doz by Yards

• Collar Length : 44 
• Collar Width   : 8

Formula

       Collar Length + Allowence x Collar Width + Allowence x 2 x 12

=------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- + 5% Wastage

                                 Fabric Width x 36 x 2.54 

                          44 x 8 x 2 x 12

=------------------------------------------------------------------ + 5% Wastage

                      55 x 36  x 2.54   

                           8448
= ---------------------------------------------------------------- + 5% Wastage
                        12774.16

= 0.66 + 5% Wastage

=  .69 Yards

Per Doz Yarn Need .69 Yards & Per Pc Fabric Need .055 Yards

So, 20000 x .055 = 1100 Yards Fabric need for Polo Shirt Collar.
