Import Documentation

Import documentation that's call where importer or buyer can take some formalities for releasing there goods. So, includes import documentation & other requirement both foreign exporter and importer. In generally documents require for importation by Letter of Credit (LC)  or Agreement such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/Awbl, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Policy, LCAF, Bill of Entry Etc,

02. Commercial Invoice:   
The Commercial Invoice is legal document between supplier and customer that clearly described sole goods and amount due on the customer. The commercial invoice is main documents used by the customs which determining customs duties.

3. Packing List : 
A packing list is a document that includes details about the contents of a package. The packing list to let is intended to let transport agencies, government authorities and customers know
the contents of the package. these details help each of these parties handle the package accordingly.

4. Bill of Lading :
A Bill of Lading is a legal document between a shipper and a carrier that details type of quantiy and destination of the goods being carried. The bill of ladding also serves as a shipment receipt when the carrier delivers the goods at the predetermined destination. This document must accompany the shipped goods no matter the from of transportation, and an authorized representative from the carrier shipper and receiver must sign it.

5. Certificate of Origin :
Certificate of Origin is a document which issued individual in international trade authenticated declaration. In a printed form  or as an electronic document , its is completed by the exporter and certified by recognized issuing body, attesting that the goods in a particular export shipment have been produced manufactured or processed in particular country.

6. Insurance Policy : 
In the event of loss of damage, this type of insurance will pay the true value of the shipment rather than only legal amount the carrier is liable for yacht insurance. Insurance of pleasure craft is generally known as yacht insurance and liability coverage.

7. LCAF : 
LCAF - letter of credit authorization Form which stands for letter of credit authorization from. Its mainly application for permission for opening LC as well as importing of goods into Bangladesh or any country goods which into Bangladesh and remittance there against.

8. Bill of Entry : 
Bill of Entry (plural bills of entry) an account of goods entered a customs house of imports and export detailing the merchant , quantity of goods, their type, and place of origin or destination. It is issued by the customs presenting the total assigned value and the corresponding duty charged on the cargo.
